09.07.2005 The SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure for cooperation in struggling against terrorism, separatism and extremism
International terrorism has obtained more scaled and purposeful character connected with destabilization of situation in some separate states and regions of the world and become real threat to the whole world community for last years.
Activities of unknown terrorist and extremist groupings possessing tactics, forms and methods of Al-Qaida and Taliban increased for certain. Their actions become more brutal and bloody causing death of plenty of innocent peaceful citizens.
Last acts of terrorism committed on July 8 of the current year in London show that there is no country in the world where international terrorism would not like to carry out threatening effect to all humanity.
In this regard, condemning actions of terrorists in London the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO expresses its readiness to cooperate with all international organizations and institutes in the field of struggling against terrorism, separatism and extremism and calls for necessity of closer cooperation on practical and effectual measures in prevention and suppression of activity of all terrorist and extremist organizations.
