The situation connected with actions of the terrorist organizations in the whole world space continues to be forced purposefully. Extreme condemnation of the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO are caused by uprising activity of insurgents undertaking attempts to destabilize situation, to cause a threat to peaceful citizens in the leading countries of the world, in regions with a normal, systematic life.

Enough number of challenges and threats is directed towards member states of European Union (last London events prove it) that shows urgent necessity in prompt increasing activity of all states, competent services, international organizations on struggling against terrorism, separatism and extremism.

In this regard, a statement of a question about an assessment by some western countries including European Union upon undertaken measures in Uzbekistan and localization of arising situation in Ferghana valley is absolutely unclear.

The Executive Committee entirely supports principles of protection of human rights, but, it can not agree with consideration of issue within EU about possible imposing embargo on delivery of arms, military techniques to Uzbekistan which are used by the indicated state exclusively in the purpose of struggling against terrorism.

Once again emphasizing that nowadays there is a group of representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Uzbekistan working in Uzbekistan that carefully traces a course of investigation of events in Andijan the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO calls on all states, all international organizations to develop uniform approaches in struggling against terrorism, separatism and extremism, to resolutely reject so-called dual standards in this issue for achievement of common to all mankind purpose upon eradication of this evil.
